In addition to editing the 3 spots in this campaign, I also handled the extensive screen replacements and the color correction.
WD My Book "Life"
Director: David Gerson Agency: In the Wee hours
What I personally love about this spot is that it’s very subtle, but also super detailed. Without the luxury of motion control, I manually matched the drive across all three scenes. I also like what I was able to do with the text, keeping the motion consistent with the camera movement and using the three actors to wipe it on and off screen.
Lowes Hypermade: "Griller's Paradise"
Director: Dan Hertzog Agency: MXM & In the Wee hours
In the Wee hours took on Lowes Hypermade digital campaign with this set of 9 digital spots. I had a lot of fun experimenting with a faux timelapse technique, varying the amount of frames I removed to give it a special energy. I also acted as the client-facing post producer for the whole post production process as my producer took an exciting opportunity on the East coast.
Director: Dan Hertzog Agency: In the Wee hours
My most recent work, I like how these 4 spots turned out promoting CarbonKlean’s new line of screen and glass cleaning products.
Wake Forest Medallion of Merit 2018: Mike Ford
Director: Cameron Speaks
With over 20 hours of interviews, I put together this heartfelt retrospective on Mike Ford’s life and service towards Wake Forest University. Besides taking on the huge undertaking in the short amount of time, I particularly like the treatment of the photos.
12 Days of Giving - Trailer
Director: Christine Conradt
I edited both this Christmas movie, which airs at in Decembers on UPTV, and the accompanying trailer. It’s a fun little film that brought me joy editing it and has its share of fans that love. I went on to work with Christine again this past year on the movie Rideshare.
Rosetta: Audio/Visual Trailer
Director: Justin J. Jackson
In addition to editing both the feature documentary and trailer, I also co-produced this film. Rosetta: Audio/Visual is the story of blue-collar, Philadelphia-based, post-metal band Rosetta and their relationship with record label Translation Loss; every album is a creative milestone, each tour a test of faith.
